  2. Prepare 4 large (130gms) egg whites
  3. Take 1 cup (120 gms) granulated white sugar
  4. Take 1/4 tsp salt

  6. Get 12 cup (60 gms) cake flour, sifted
  7. Get 3 cup (300 gms) sweetend shredded coconut
  8. Get 2 can condense milk

  1. Place the butter in a big bowl then add sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the eggs, salt, flour, vanilla and condense milk then stir/beat until all ingredients are blended
  3. Put in the sweetened shredded coconut and distribute evenly with the other ingredients in the mixture
  4. In a mold (paper cups if possible). Place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each of the cups.
  5. Pre-heat oven at 200°F celsius for 10mins.
  6. Bake untill color turns golden brown.
  7. Serve during dessert or snack time.
