- Once eggs are mixed place into same mixing bowl as the milk and vanilla. Mix all items together
- Place into 2qt (11x7 in) pan
- Place water into bigger pan and place pan with Flan inside
- Place into oven together. Cook for about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean when placed into Center of pan
- Sauce
- Melt 1 cup of Sugar in Small saucepan
- Pour on top of cooked Flan and place in fridge to cool.
