  1. Make the jellies according to instruction and leave ot to set. I used less water than mentioned to get hard jelly and cut into cubes.
  2. Take milk in pan and bring it to boil. Add sugar in it and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
  3. In a small bowl take china grass por some warm water and mix it so it melts. Put this mixture in the milk and keep stirring. Cook for 5-10 mins.
  4. Remove the pan from the stove add strawberry essence and keepnstirring for few mins. Than add fresh cream and mix well.
  5. Now in a mould add all the cube jelly. Now pour the milk mixture on it. Leave it to set for 1 hour. Than put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours to chill. Your yummy dessert is ready #sahdessert
