Till the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste is gone
  3. To it now add chopped onions and cook the onions till they turn golden brown.
  4. Now àdd chopped tomatoes and cook for a minute and add salt and chilli powder to taste. Cook for a minute. If required add a little water at this point. Cook again till the gravy becomes thick
  5. Add the fried eggs to the gravy. Mix well and immediately switch off the gas. Garnish the egg curry with coriander leaves.
