  1. First mariante the beef for 4 hours and deep fry
  2. In a bowl add stock and all the spices expect corn flour
  3. In a karahi add oil 2 tbsp ginger gadlic and spring onion and fry few mins add bowl mixture cook till it comes to boil add corn flour(dissolve in little water).
  4. When the gravy becomes thick add fry beef and mix well.
  5. In a another pan saute the veggies with little oil and add in beef gravy.sprinkle sesame seeds on top
