- Take 7-8 Onion Cut into big Cubes Then take a Kadhai heat oil and Stir Fry for 2 min and keep aside.then Take a Bowl add Cutted Paneer Cubes then add Curd, Kasuri Methi,Garam Masala, Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder,Red chilli powder mix well with 1 spoon of water and Keep aside for 15 min to Marinate it.
- Then after Marinated Paneer take a Kadhai add 2 spoon oil and Stir Fry Paneer for 2min.after that take a mixing jar Add 2-3 Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green chillies and make a smooth paste after that take a Kadhai heat oil add bay leaves, Cumin Seeds, Cardamom cook for 2 min.
- After that add onion paste stir fry continuously for 5-7 min then add Tomato Puree and Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt and Cook for 1O min add water and boil it for 5 min then add Amul fresh Cream and Stir continuously add Paneer Cover the kadhai with lid Garnish with green freshy Coriander.
