  1. To boil quinoa.. - - Boiled quinoa(soak for 5 min. Now add 1 cup quinoa 2 cup water..salt.. haldi..cover it for 15-20 min.)
  2. For tadka - Take a kadai add oil and chopped onion saute for 2 min.
  3. Now add all the veggies saute for 5 min.
  4. Now add boiled quinoa saute for a min. And serve sausage..
