  2. Meanwhile, boil your quail eggs! If you have fresh eggs - add a tsp of salt and tsp of vinegar to a pot of boiling water. Boil til cooked, then add to your marinade.
  3. (I used canned quail eggs)
  4. Stick in the fridge overnight and they’ll be nicely tanned in the morning! Enjoy w/ a bowl of rice ☺️
  5. PS - sprinkle on a few drops of sesame oil when you eat it (not in the marinade). Trust me on this one!
