  1. Combine 2 cups water and together in (Preferably a 3rd pan), incorporate espresso powder mix together until well blended.
  2. In a kitchen aid add cream cheese, ricotta, mascarpone and blend until smooth. Then add 1 cup sugar, next add in the heavy cream and mix until it becomes smooth. (Looking for a frosting texture). Depending on the speed it may take up to 8 minutes.
  3. Dip your lady fingers in the water mix for no longer then 1 second! Spread out on a sheet tray and cover with your frosting! Make layers imagine playing Jenga! The higher the better!
  4. Allow to refrigerate for overnight for best results!
