  4. Cover the mixture and let sit for 10 mins. In this time place a heavy bottomed kadhai on gas and pre heat for 10 mins
  5. Then take a plate and grease it with ghee.
  6. Make small balls from dough and press little bit and add dry fruits on top of it.
  7. Now place all the nankhatai in a plate and put this plate on kadhai. Close the lid and bake for 20 mins on low flame
  8. After that take out plate carefully and let cool down.your naankhatai is ready to serve..
