The ingredients needed to make Naanza π:
- Get 300 gms Maida
- Take 1.5 tsp yeast
- Prepare 1/2 tsp sugar
- Get to taste Salt
- Take 3 big tomatoes
- Prepare 2 big onions
- Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 2 tsp Curd
- Make ready 2 Tsp Butter
- Prepare 10-12 cashew nuts
- Get 1 Bay leaf and red dry chilli
- Prepare 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- Get 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
- Get few Small piece of coal
- Make ready 1 tsp ghee
- Prepare 1 tsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 100 gms paneer cubes
- Prepare 2 medium Capsicum
- Prepare 2 medium onion sliced
- Take 1 tsp pepper powder
- Prepare stick Grilled
- Make ready as per taste Morzarella cheese
Instructions to make Naanza π:
- For Binding Naan dough, take 1.5tsp yeast, 1/2tsp sugar, and 1/2cup lukewarm water and rest for 15-20mins after that add Maida and salt and bind soft dough add 2tsp butter and rest the dough for 2hrs or so.
- Now take a small portion of dough and start rolling in an oval shape
- Apply water on one side and place the rolled naan on a non-stick pan and roast in medium to high flame.
- Here the Naan are ready.
- Now for preparing Makhani gravy: chop the vegetables in big size.
- Now keep a pan heat oil add Cumin seeds and bay leaf and red dry chilli, add all chopped vegetables into the pan, and saute for 3-4mins.
- Now add all the spices to them and again saute for 2-3 minutes add some water and again saute for 2-3 minutes now let it cool and then grind in a grinder.
- Now the thick gravy is ready.
- Next is grilling for the Veggies, first of all, marinate the Veggies by adding the above spices with curd.
- Mix well all the masala and now add the Veggies and lastly take a small piece of coal heat and add 1 tsp ghee on it and place in the kadhai where we have marinated the Veggies and close the lid for 10mins or so that it will have smokey flavour.
- Take a grilling screw and insert one by one all the Veggies and grill in grilling machine or on the gas.
- Assemble time: take a naan on that apply gravy evenly, spread Mozzarella cheese, place each grilled Veggies as well as Jullien cut capsicum and onion slices, and keep for about 10mins for baking.
- After 10mins your Naan is ready to eat sprinkle with some oregano and chilli flakes totally optional it tastes awesome, apply garlic dip on them if you wishπ
- For Garlic dip: hung curd, garlic paste, pepper powder, coriander leaves, and salt to taste.
- Garlic dip is very simple to prepare and tasty to have with many food varieties.
