- For dough:- Cream the butter with the paneer until well blended.
- Add flour and knead to a soft dough.
- Wrap aluminium foil and refrigerate for few hours.
- Roll out the dough out into large circles.
- Place the filling on one half of the round.
- Fold into half moon shapes. Seal edges and crinkle them.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve sausage with ketchp.
