- Gradually add water and knead well until soft dough is formed after that cover it and let it rest for 2-3h maximum
- After 2-3h knead it again grease your hand with oil now take a small quantity of dough and make a ball sprinkle flour on working surface and roll out a dough with the help of rolling pin
- After that apply water on the surface of Naan makes 3-4 naans with same procedure
- Now take a fry pan heat it and place rolled dough (wet surface nichy chipakny wali side par rakhain) sprinkle kalonji seeds on it and then slightly press it you can sprinkle fresh coriander and white till as well
