- Wash chicken and make deep cuts on them all.
- Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, crushed cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, tikka masala and chaat masala in a bowl.
- Now add lemon juice and red food color in it.
- Mix all the ingredients in yogurt very well. Then put chicken pieces in it.
- Marinate all chicken pieces with marination properly. Put the all pieces in a bowl and pour the remaining marination on the pieces.
- Now cover the chicken and place them into the fridge for overnight. Heat up wide pan and pour oil in it.
- Put chicken pieces in the oil and cover it at medium low flame 🔥 for 10 minutes.
- Cook chicken till the water evaporates from the chicken.
- When oil appears in the pan and chicken is tender then place all cooked chicken pieces in one same pan.
- Heat up coal to burnt then put in the chicken pieces pan, pour some oil on the coal, smoke appears.
- Cover the pan immediately for 15 minutes. After the time discard the piece of Coal. Chicken tikka masala is ready.
