  5. When all cooked take out ciabatta and cut in half
  6. Slice two sections open and spread on mustard
  7. Slice steak and add to bread
  8. Add gherkin and peppers and rocket and top with extra virgin olive oil
  9. Close sandwich
  10. Put curly fries in a bowl and serve
