- Firstly blanch the spinach along with the onion (cut into cubes) for 2 mins in a boiling water. Remove them quickly & transfer the spinach leaves into cold water.
- Then remove them. Transfer all of them into a grinding jar, add mint leaves & grind them into a smooth paste.
- Now take a pan, add butter. Then add a bay leaf. Mix it & add maida to it. Saute it for about few seconds on a low flame. When it turns golden in colour, add milk to it. Give everything a good mix.
- Then add spinach paste to it. Mix it well. Now add salt, sugar, pepper powder, garlic powder to it. Give everything a good mix.
