Instructions to make Stromboli:

  1. Allow pizza dough to come to room temp. Wash your veggies (No, not the onion) and take the skins off of your sausages. With a little bit of oil in a sausage pan, add in sausages and break apart, followed by the onions and mushrooms.
  2. When the sausage is just about cooked through and the veggies are looking good, add the peppers. Cook a few minutes and remove from heat. Get a large sheet pan or pizza pan ready.
