The ingredients needed to make Indian Tiramisu:

  1. Take 100 gms whipped cream
  2. Take 3-4 tbsp cream cheese
  3. Get 2 tbsp sugar powdered
  4. Make ready 1 tsp whipped coffee powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Get 3/4 cup sugar
  8. Get 1 and half cup water
  9. Get 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting

  11. Take 1 cup milk powder
  12. Prepare 1/3 cup plain flour
  13. Prepare 3 tbsp suji
  14. Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
  15. Make ready 3-4 tbsp milk (or as require)
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp curd
  17. Take 1 and half tsp ghee for knead dough
  18. Prepare 1 cup Clarified butter (ghee) for frying or shallow frying

Steps to make Indian Tiramisu:

  1. Mix dry ingredients, milk powder, suji, plain flour and baking soda.
  2. Take a bowl and add dry ingredients, add curd and milk, and mix well. Take some ghee into hand na bind soft dough (ghee will keep your hand clean that didn’tstick to dough). You will need to grease your hand 3-4times, so 1tsp ghee will needed. Now prepare shape of ladyfingers. Long and rectangle. (Now prepate sugar syrup when you are shaping the jamun).
  3. Prepare sugar syrup. Simmer for 5min. Add coffee and cocoa powder into it and transfer into bowl.
  4. Now slightly heat ghee(clarified butter)and add prepared jamun in it. Keep flame very low.(as I kept half nozel closed from gas line, so you can control your gas flame.) And fry until light brown and fluffy. (Will take 8-10min) then add into sausage sugar syrup. Keep it into syrup for 1 hour then remove and keep in deep frizer for half hr.
  5. Mix wheaped cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract. And transfer into piping bag.
  6. Now, 1st layer with soaked jamun then layer with cream, again 2nd layer of jamun and layer of cream, and 3rd layer of jamun and layer of cream. Now do the last layer evenly with knife or spatula. And dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Keep it into fridge for 2-3 hr. OR put it into deep frizer for 1 hour. Cut and serve chilled.
