  5. Add 5 cups of water and put the cooker over pressure for 10 min.
  6. On the other hand bhoonofy the besan and make smooth paste out of it. Then slowly add it to the nihari gravy to thicken it.
  7. Take an other pan and fry the onion until they turns dark brown.
  8. I use to add masala to the fried onion, it enhances taste very well.
  9. Add the fried onion into nihari. Chatpatti mazedaar nihari is all ready to serve.
