  1. Mix all the dry ingredients first and then add desi ghee. Don’t make a dough, just mix enough to bind(check texture in video linked attached above). Make small balls and set them on greased baking tray.
  2. Brush egg yolk and put half cut almonds. Press gently and bake at 180° in oreheated oven for 20 minutes.
  3. In case of stove baking, in a preheated wok,bake cookies for 20-25 minutes at lowest flame. Readyy
