- Make ready 4 tbsp tikka curry powder
- Take 2 skinless,boneless chicken breast diced
- Take 1 onion diced
- Take tsp garlic granules

- Get 3 tsp tomato puree
- Take 3 tbsp Greek style yoghurt

- Mix lime,natural yoghurt and 2 tbsp curry powder in a bowl,add the chicken and mix well,store in the fridge for at least 4 hours
- Heat a large pan with oil,add onion garlic,ginger,chilli,cinnamon cumin and remaining tikka powder,and fry for 2/3 mins,stir in tomato puree and 250ml water,bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15 mins
- Heat another pan and cook the chicken adding the sauce from the bowl
- When the chicken is cooked add to the sauce,take off the heat and add the Greek yoghurt
- Scatter with coriander and serve with rice
