- Prepare 250 gm mushroom
- Take 2-3 tablespoon roasted besan

- Get 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Take 8-10 cashew nut

- Get 2-3 tablespoon cream or fresh malai
Steps to make Mushroom tikka masala, tawa roti, salad:
- Firstly, in a mixing bowl mix the marinade mixture very well. Now add mushrooms to the marinade mixture with your hands,gently mix and coat the mushrooms with the marinade. cover the bowl with a lid and allow the mushroom to get marinated for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in a pan add the marinated mushrooms. saute mushrooms on high flame. Saute till the marinade coating on the mushrooms is nicely golden and crisp. Remove the mushrooms on kitchen towel and keep aside.
- In same oil add 1 tablespoon butter. Then add Cumin seeds, 2 cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, onion and saute till the onion start turning golden. Add chopped tomato, cashews, Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt,Coriander powder, garam masala, stir and cook the entire mixture till mushy.cool completely and blend this with very little water to make a smooth paste.
- Heat up the same pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and add smooth paste and capsicum cubes saute for 3-4 minutes. Add leftover marinade mixture. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add 1/2 cup water. Bring the gravy to a simmer for 4-5 minutes. Now add the mushrooms tikka and fresh malai or cream sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi mix well. Serve with any bread or rice.
