  2. Get 100 gm Curd
  3. Prepare 3 Tomato puree

  1. Take a bowl add curd add besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder a little bit of salt and garam masala mix it well then add the paneer and the chopped capsicum and onions and mix it properly and keep ot in refrigerator for 30minutes. And after 30 min take a tawa or pan add little oil and put the paneer and veggies and deep fry it aroma will come out as if you are roasting it. Grind the tomatoes and keep it ready.
  2. In a kadai take ghee and butter and add the sliced onions and fry and then ginger garlic paste and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander and cumin powder and fry it and add liitle water and then add tomato purr and fry it till the gravy thickens
  3. Now add thr paneer in the gravy and stir it and add little water and cover it after 6 to 8min add garam masla and kasuri methi leaves and 1spoon butter.
  4. Finally it is ready for serving..
