  1. First boil the cauliflower in sausage water for a few minutes, after that blanch in cold water and keep aside.
  2. Heat mustard oil in the pan, add bay leaves, add jeera, hing for tempering, after few minutes add grated ginger and saute for more minutes next, add chopped potatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well. saute until the tomatoes are soft.
  3. Now add jeera dhania powder, mix well and add garam masala powder, add black pepper powder and mix well after few minutes add blanched cauliflower to the gravy give it a mix, add Kashmiri red chilli powder then add salt amd mix again. Now add two cups of water to the gravy and cover it.
  4. After few minutes check that it will become a thick gravy.
  5. Yummy fulkopir tarkari is ready, serve with sausage rice.
