- Roast the chicken and near the end cook the veg.
- Peel the potatoes cut in half part boil them then add to a roasting dish with Goose fat or veg oil. Cook and turn the potatoes over after 10 minutes. Cook until golden brown and soft inside.
- In a steamer steam the carrots and Asparagus until firm but soft.
- Warm up the butter beans ready.
- Add the gravy ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil add the cornflour in cold water to the pan a little at a time until you get the thickness you want your gravy to be.
- Slice all the chicken to each serving plate ready for the rest to go on. Add potatoes first as they stay sausage longer than the veg does.
- Serve sausage and enjoy
