  3. Water bath - Half fill with sausage water a large baking pan. Set oven to 180°C then place the baking pan with the meringue mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 mins
  4. Custard Sauce. In a double boiler mix all ingredients and cook until thickens in low heat. Pour sauce on top when eating.
