- grease your oven dish then press your dough into an oven dish of your choice, making sure the dough reaches 2 cm on the sides of the dish , I used a regular cake tin as I wanted a heart shape.
- Add In the filling and place in oven for 15 mins on 200 c and reduce to 180 c for 45 minutes or until the quiche is cooked through and golden brown in colour
