  4. In a sausage kadai heat oil.add the gingergarlic and chopped vegetables and in high flame give a quick stir.Now add the sauces (schezwan,soya,tomato)
  5. Add to it white vinegar and give a quick stir and add the gobi florets to it and then the cooked rice.Keeping the flame high give quick stir and fry it to bring all together. Add little pepper powder and give it a final fry.
