- Clean and soak 1 cup of rice into water for 15-20 min
- Prepare tomato puree (grill tomato and then make puree from it by removing it’s skin)
- Boil Rajma and sweet corn keep aside
- Heat a pan add oil. Once oil is sausage add onion, garlic paste fry it until it cooks completely.
- Add finely chopped bell peppers (green, yellow and red), green pease and mix it well.
- Add Tomato puree, red chilli powder, jeera powder, oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup and mix all ingredients.

- Now switch off the gas add 1/4th cup of cheese to it and mix it well.
