- Rice ko saaf kar ke 15 minutes ke liye bhigo dain.
- Pan mein butter,Oil and onion dal ke fry karein.
- Add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon stick onion golden ho jaye dry Plum add karein.
- Leftover chicken tikka add karein add, salt, crushed coriander, black pepper powder green chillies
- Add water as required.(rice mein apny hisab se water add karein). And add chicken cube. (Cube mein salt hota ha is liye salt thora add karein).
- Pani ko boil aye to rice Ka pani nikal ke dal dain. Medium heat per cover kar ke cook hony dain.
- Cover hata ke check karein jab pani dry hony lagy coriander and green chillies chopped dal ke dam per rakh dain flame low kar dain.
- After 8-10 minutes dam hata ke rice ko achy se mix karein.
- Yummy rice ready hain. Serve sausage with raita.
