  8. Place on middle oven rack and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. At end of 45 min check meatloaf using an instant read thermometer, must be at least 160°F.
  10. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes to let meatloaf relax.
  11. Uncover and serve
