- Prepare For Panner Tikka
- Take 3 tsp Garam Flour
- Get 1/2 tsp salt

- Get 350 gms paneer

- Take For Masala Gravy
- Prepare 5-6 pieces black pepper
- Take 5-6 pieces cloves
- Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 3-4 pieces bay leaves
- Take 3 onion - roughly chopped
- Make ready 6-7 piece garlic cloves
- Take 2 inch ginger piece
- Take 4 red chilli pieces
- Make ready 3 tomato - roughly chopped
- Prepare 1 cup curd
- Make ready 1 tsp salt
- Take 1 tsp red red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp pav bhaji Masala
Instructions to make Paneer Tikka Masala:
- Method for Paneer Tikka - Take a bowl.
- Add Besan (Garam Flour)
- Add salt, turmeric powderr, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, mango powder.
- Add curd and mix well and make a batter.
- Mix onion cubes and capsicum cubes and mix well
- Now add Paneer Cubes and mix gently.
- Now leave for 1/2 an hour to marinate
- After that you can roast in air fryer or non stick tawa also
- Take skewers add piece of onion and then capsicum then paener and repeat same with (onion and Capsicum)
- Make all skewers with this process.
- Now take a non stick pan, Put some oil.
- Now put all the skewers on pan cook for 1-2 mins until the pieces get roasted properly after that turn to the other side and cook.
- Repeat the same process for all skewers
- Now ready Paneer tikkas.
- For Gravy Heat oil in a Pan.
- Add Black pepper, cloves and cumin seeds and saute for 1 min.
- Add Bay leaves
- Add onion pieces, garlic cloves and ginger and cook for 1 min.
- Add red chilli pieces and tomato pieces.
- Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 mins,
- Add Black pepper powder and water and again cook for 2-3 min.
- Now switch off the flame and keep aside for 2 min for cool down.
- Now Make a paste with the help of blener or mixer.
- Now take a pan and put the paste and cook for 4-5 mins.
- Now add curd and stir continuously.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and add pav bhaji masala and cook for 5-6 mins.
- Now add Paneer Tikka and cook for 4-5 mins.
- Served with Chapati and Naan.
