  1. Firstly grab all ingredients wash & diced all vegetables now take a pan add in oil pop in diced onions with chopped garlic sauté for a minute
  2. Now add in tomatoes,carrots,peas,corns sauté all of them for around 3 minutes don’t soften them let the crunch be there further add in,salt,black pepper powder,Ching’s masala pack,1/2 teaspoon sugar it helps to enhance all flavours.
