Instructions to make Paneer Tikka Masala:
- Take the Paneer cubes and add all the masala mentioned in the marination.set aside for 30 mins
- Heat oil and fry 2 onions. Fry till golden brown.move the onions on side to remove excess oil
- Take 50 grms Kaju (cashew) and grind to a fine powder. Set aside
- Grind the fried onions to a smooth paste.set aside
- Take the tomatoes and grill them on the stove. They should turn all black.remove the skin
- Take the tomatoes and grind them with garlic and red chillies to a smooth paste. Set aside
- Heat oil and add the whole Garam masala mentioned
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry
- Add the onion paste and the tomato puree and fry
- Add the marinated paneer along with little water
- Add the Kaju (cashew) powder. This will thicken the gravy
- Add the Kasuri methi, honey and adjust the salt,cook 5 mins
