Instructions to make Butter Chicken - My Style:

  1. Marinate the Chicken Pieces first take 500 g of Chicken, 1 T Spoon Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder just a pinch, 1 T Spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt as Required for frying the Chicken and give a nice mix and then it has to be marinated for 15 minutes. After 15 mins of the marination fry the Chicken in a sausage pan by pouring some oil. Fry the chicken until it’s done and setaside.
  2. Now for the Masala Take 4 Medium Sized Onions, 4 Tomatoes, 2 Green Chilli, 6 Nos of Cashew Nuts put it in a Mixer Jar and grind it as a smooth paste and set aside. Now Heat the pan put 5 T Spoons of butter and melt it put curry leaves next put the Grinded paste Mixture with the butter and saute well till the raw smell came out then add the ginger garlic paste and saute well then add some Kasthuri Methi and 3 T Spoons of Fresh Cream and Saute well and add the chicken on the stage give a nice mix.
  3. Close the pan and cook for 15 mins in Medium flame. Put some Coriander leaves and mix it for a nice flavour. Turn of the heat and the serve the Butter Chicken in a Bowl. Topped with some fresh cream and coriander leaves. That’s it Butter Chicken - My Style is Ready to Serve.
