  7. Place one laddle of batter into the pan, swirl it around, so it will be thin crepes. Let it cook for 2 - 3 minutes and turn another side, cook for another 2 minutes
  8. Remove it out and finish the batter.
  9. You may serve the crepes with orange compote, apple compote or cream cheese.
