- Prepare 1 tsp Corn flour
- Get 1/4 cup Fresh cream
- Get 1/4 cup Oil
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take as needed Water
Steps to make Baked Gobhi Tikka Masala:
- Cut cauliflower, onion and keep them aside.In a bowl mix together corn flour and water.
- In a big bowl take curd, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, kasoori methi, salt, oil and lemon juice.Mix together and make a nice thick paste.
- Add cauliflower, onion to it. Mix everything. Cover it and keep it in the fridge for 3-4 hours.After 4 hours take the veggies out and mix them again.
- Now pre heat the oven and bake them,till the veggies are cooked.
- Cook till veggies are nicely roasted and little soft.
- Once veggies are roasted and crisp transfer them in a bowl.
- Now heat a pan on medium heat, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, small cardamom and big cardamom.
- Saute for few seconds and add ginger garlic paste.
- Once oil is separated from the tomatoes add cumin powder, coriander powder and red chily powder and mix well. - Now add tomato ketchup and sugar. Mix it well.
- Add corn flour and water mixture and salt. Mix it well and let it cook again till oil is separated.
- Now add cream mix it well and add roasted veggies and cook for 5-6 minutes. - Gobhi tikka masala is ready to serve. It tastes best with parathas and naan.
