- Make ready 11/2 cups all purpose flour
- Prepare 2 cups milk

- Tilt it till it’s all covered in the pan. Cook for about 1min, by this time it should have a brown colour. Carefully turn it over because it’s very delicate.
- Repeat till you are done. I used red plum jam for garnish. ENJOY!!
