The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:

  1. Take 1 kilo of Chicken
  2. Get 1/2 Bulb of Garlic

Instructions to make Fried rice:

  1. Wash and season Chicken with 1 knorr cube, 1 onion, curry, Thyme and white Pepper. - Boil after marinating for 30minutes. - Fry, your chicken and set it aside.
  2. Wash all vegetables and diced carrots into small cubes remove seeds from green, yellow and red pepper and cut, then cut the sausages into desired shapes.
  3. Parboil rice with Chicken stock and salt after sieveing, add little water to cook and make sure the rice is not too soft
  4. Put a clean Pan on Cooker, heat oil add onions saute for 2minutes,add garlic stir and saute for a minute, then add carrots, sausages continuing stirring, add bell peppers, Thyme, curry, fried rice spice, 1 knorr cube, salt to taste and reduce heat, then add your spring onion and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the Fried veggies over the cooked rice, stir, add the peas and add your black and white pepper cover and reduce heat, let it cook for 3minutes taste and adjust with salt if need be.
