  1. Cut chicken boneless in cubes & slight hamm vd kitchen hammer or slight prick vd fork.combine all marination ingredients in a bowl.add chicken mix well.keep covered in fridge
  2. Dessed tomato & bellpepper.cut in cubes.peel onion,take layers out& cut in cubes.sprinkle salt over vegies.kee aside
  3. To make sauce.heat chicken stock in a pot.add all ingredients except cornflour.give a boil to mix all together.keep aside
  4. After marination,shallow fry chicken cubes.reserve the marinade.add 1 tsp oil in clean frypan & stir fry vegies for a minute at high flame.keep aside
  5. Add the reserve marinade in sauce.mix.add chicken pieces in sauce.let it simmer at medium flame till sauce begins to boil.reduce flame.dissolve cornflour in water & add in sauce.cook at medium flame till sauce thickens.adjust the seasoning.
