  2. Take 1/2 kg tomatoes

  7. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  8. Get 2 tbs soya sauce

  12. Prepare 1/2 kg Potatoes

Steps to make Russian rice:

  1. Boil the beef until done and left with 1 glass of water
  2. Strain it and set yakhni aside
  3. In Yakhni cook rice add salt,pepper red chilli flakes.
  4. In oil add white part of spring onion saute for 2 min add ginger and tomatoes. Cover the lid for 5 min..bhonify well
  5. Add chill powder, pepper, salt,chilli flakes,soya sauce and chilli sauce,mix well add meat and little water cook for 10 min.check the consistency add capsicum and half green part of spring onion.turn off the stove
  6. Maje very thin french fries
  7. For assembling :put rice then gravy, then fries and spring onions
