  1. Marinate the chicken cubes in ginger garlic paste,salt,white pepper powder and cardamom powder keep aside for 1 hour, now make a paste of coriander leaves,green chillies,cream cheese and curd, add this paste to the chicken add corn flour and little oil mix well,marinate for overnite!
  2. Now dip the bamboo skewers in water for a while..then insert the tikkas in bamboo skewers properly, preheat the oven on 250 degree for about 10 mins then grill this tikkas on 200 degree for about 40 mins..brush with little oil and keep turning on both the sides in between! Tikkas are ready.
  3. Tandoori sauce- take curd,add tandoori masala,tikka masala and tomato ketchup mix well.
  4. Garnish the plate with some chopped cabbage and carrots add this grilled tikkas,drizzle tandoori sauce on it and serve hot🤩 ready!
