Instructions to make Meatloaf:

    1. Start off by chopping and dicing the celery, onion and carrots and putting them into a frying pan
    1. For the glaze, get a saucepan and put 1/2 a cup of tomato sauce along with the vinegar, the sugar, 1tbsp of mustard and finally 1tbsp of garlic powder.
    1. Now take the pans to the hob and put a medium heat for both, you want to lightly fry the vegetables and mix together the glaze and bring to a light simmer. Once the vegetables have softened and onions have gone translucent take off the heat to cool down. When the glaze has started lightly bubbling take that off the heat also to let cool down.
