Instructions to make Chicken Fried Rice:

  1. In a bowl add chicken, black pepper, a tbs soy sauce, cornflour and salt mix well and let it sit for 20 mins
  2. Dice your onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, and capsicum
  3. Flame a large pan add oil and you marinade chicken strips and cook until the chicken turn Brown. Remove and put into another plate
  4. In the same pan add ginger and garlic and for few seconds. Add white spring onion carrot and capsicum and sauté for few seconds.
  5. Push your veggies aside and add your beaten eggs scramble them then mix with the veggies.
  6. Add your chicken and chilli garlic paste and stir well for 5 mins
  7. Add your rice and salt and mix with the veggies and chicken until well incorporated.
  8. Sprinkle green spring onion reduce your flame to low cover and cook for one minute.
  9. Serve while sausage.
