- Smear little salt,black pepper,1 tsp chilli sauce,garlic paste and 1 tsp cornflour to the chicken strips.Mix all and set aside for 5 minutes.Meanwhile beat 2 eggs with little salt and heat 1 tsp oil.Add the eggs and scramble them.Fry the prawns lightly.Set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken strips till golden brown.In the remaining oil,add the minced garlic and fry.Then add chopped onion,salt, carrots and beans.Stir fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped capsicum and toss.
