  2. Add a tbsp oil to a deep vessel.Break eggs one by one and make bhurji adding little salt and pepper. Remove on a plate keep aside. In the vessel add another tbsp oil and add the chicken pieces. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Open and stir fry on high for a minute. Remove on a plate.

  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadhai. Saute the garlic and ginger peices first. Now add the sliced onions and saute. Next goes in the chopped carrot,sliced chillies and capsicum

  6. Add the sauces and spring onion greens. Stir fry on high.
  7. Add it to the cooked rice and mix well.
