  2. Add chopped onion saute it till translucent,now add chopped capsicum and cbled paneer,salt and amchur powder.Saute for 2 mnts and keep aside.
  3. Take maida,add a teaspoon of oil and salt to taste.Make a soft dough with water.
  4. Roll a big chapati,cut circles and fill the momos with paneer capsicum filling and give any shape of your choice.your moms are ready to be steamed.
  5. Now for mayonnaise,take boiled potatoes in a mixer,add salt,sugar,black pepper powder,a spoon full of olive oil,vinegar and milk.Mix it for 1 mnt.your veg mayonnaise is ready.
