- Seperate all the cabbage leaves and wash throughly.
- Lay all the leaves in layers with sea salt sprinkled on each leaf in a covered non- reactive bowl over night on the counter.
- Peel, clean and puree the entire head of garlic.
- Peel, core and puree the koŕean pear.
- Peel, puree ginger and combine pepper powder, fish sauce, garlic and pear. Mix until its a red slurry.
- Throughly rinse canbage leaves several times until salt is removed and then slice leaves in the food processor until fine.
- Mix slurry and leaves together and place in frigerator over night.
- The last step is to combine miracle whip, turbinado sugar and the seasoned cabbage in a food processer until creamy.
