- Take Half pack cassava (use fresh preferably,about 2 medium pieces

- If using frozen casava,tjow or defrist…but will hav lots of icy so need to remove ar certain stage…if using fresh,will need chope up a bit and to peel outer skin and then slice using slicer or skin peeler(be very careful)
- Here had to use clean towel to drain/squez the icyness.if any otjer method u are welcome to use it to remove excess water(if using from frozen etc)
- Fry in heated oil.check if oil is heated put few in first…then add batch.cook until light golden brown and crunchy crispy…then put out on clean papers or towel…then add in larger bowl to mix in salt chilli (and sprinkles of lemon juice)
