  16. Take as needed extra olive oil to drizzle
  17. Take as needed Peri peri sauce to drizzle
  18. Prepare as needed hung yoghurt for garnish
  19. Get as needed corinder leaves for garnish
  20. Take as needed sliced strawberry for garnish

Instructions to make Bruschetta:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except butter, bread and the garnishings) and keep aside.
  2. Smear some butter on the bread slices and toast them on a tawa / grill pan / oven till light brown.
  3. While serving, spoon the prepared salad mix on the toasted bread and drizzle some olive oil and peri peri sauce. Garnish with some hung yoghurt, sliced strawberry and coriander leaves.
